Before even looking for solutions to live a better life and become happy, it is essential to forget our bad habits. It is indeed these habits that keep us from being fully happy.
Today I'm going to give you a list of 5 bad habits:
1 – Do not complain anymore
We tend to complain about our work environment, the people around us, the events offered etc. Our perception of the world makes us unhappy, but nobody can make you unhappy, you are solely responsible for your happiness. Try to see the bright side of everything, have positive thoughts …
You are solely responsible for the good and bad things in your life.
2 – Keep the power of your life
You shouldn't let someone ruin your day. Do not give as much importance to others regarding your life. By making those around you responsible for your problems, you empower them to make you happy or unhappy.
Our perception of life is different from other people, each individual sees things in his own way. Some events cannot be controlled, you have to accept it and try to draw positive conclusions about each situation in your life. Take charge of your life, you are the one and only person who can change it.
3 – Accept your past and think about the present
During our lifetime, we have all had more or less serious trials to go through. We all had regrets, memories (good or bad) that we like to hold on to. Some will say "I suffered too much" and others "It was better before". Whether your past experiences have been good or bad, the past remains the past. It should not have negative influences on your present. You are free to build the future you want, and that future will be built now.

Enjoy life to the fullest, accept to be happy and learn to seize every opportunity you have to create the life of your choice.
4 – No longer worrying about others
Why always compare yourself to others? You are unique, so are your needs… What do you really need? Who are the important people in your eyes? The ones that don't count (or not enough) for you?
It’s important to ask yourself the right questions and learn to listen to yourself.
In general, we covet the same as our friends, acquaintances or family. These bad lifestyle choices are often made because of the fear of being judged … Do not think of others, act for yourself! You can't please everyone 😉
5 – Overcome your fears
Fear is the primary factor in inaction. We are afraid of what we do not know, it is human. But this fear should not be an excuse for not taking action. To do nothing is to see one's life pass by without trying to follow it.
You are shy ? Force yourself to ask something of a stranger every day, or to put yourself in a situation that makes you uncomfortable. You’ll quickly see that putting it down to yourself every day will quickly make you feel comfortable speaking.
